What man is a man who does not make the world better?
A King may move a man, a father may claim a son. That man can also move himself. And only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played, or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone. Even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power. When you stand before God, you cannot say "but I was told by others to do this" or that "virtue was not convenient at the time." This will not suffice. Remember that.
Annexe Cabine aligns itself with projects that aim to rethink an entire industry. Through its metaphors and its cryptic way of describing reality through tales and stories, the brand questions the codes of its sector, challenges them, and prompts the interlocutor to question their consumption;
Where do the materials come from, what distances have they traveled to reach me? Under what conditions were the clothes made and why are they offered at that price? At what cost does it reach me and at this value, is it really a bargain?
Annexe Cabine believes that individuals must push themselves to question and remember. To be fully aware of individual consequences, changes in habits, and boycotts. Refusing to think, to act, is to be guilty.
Through its charm, tone, and uniqueness, it wants to make committed fashion desirable to the general public to influence the deleterious trends of society.
"I apply the minimum margins of the sector; today the volumes are too small to be able to offer cool made in France products at truly attractive prices. But I intend to reduce costs to reduce the final price, without compromising on product quality, of course. [...] It's essential to be able to reach as many people as possible, what's the point of dressing only the most privileged minority? Luxury is ridiculous, just like fast fashion. Our industry makes people dream when it's insane."
A word from the Founder
Man seeks dominion over all that he encounters. I suppose it is a natural tendency for us to aspire towards mastery of our surroundings. But this should not include other human beings. Every day more and more are pressed into service – by deception or by force. Others, though not so firmly imprisoned, are made to feel as if their lives are worthless.
FOUR HEADS TO BE SEVERED
Too many years spent idly. The armor and sword were gathering dust. Outside, it waits, drooling blood, its fangs tearing at us. Needles brandished like blades, hands advancing into the hydra's maw. A giantess turned prey, a stinger sinking into the scales.
GUERRE
